All General Notary Work (GNW) must be in a public place.

        for example meet at McDonalds, Starbucks

Basic Fees:

$1.00/mile (mileage one way)

$25.00 for Mobile Notary Services

$20.00 per notarial certificate, includes the oath/acknowledgement & journal entry

Additional Signers same certificate $1.00 each

Need a document printed?  can do, $.20/printed page.

Some Notarial Certificates must be Signed in front of the Notary Public to notarize.

what makes a valid ID?  

   the ID has a picture

   the ID has Signer's signature

We do not accept counterfeit or expired IDs and the notarization will be refused.

Examples what I can Notarize:

   must have notarial certificate

   the notary can attach a loose leaf notarial certificate however the Signer must choose which to use, the notary can not choose for you.

   *  Vehicle transfer slip from DMV filled out with name, vehicle, VIN# etc.

   *  Child's field or sport that needs notarized, the notary will bring loose leaf certificate(s) for you to choose which to use.

   *  Business Inventory list that needs notarized, again notary can attach a certificate, the person needing the notarization must choose which to use.
